Issue Description:

Hi there,

I’m recently having an issue with my two dedicated servers
they suddenly seem to disappear from the server browser for me and my players. Each server is on a different host, different machine configurations, and different datacenters. I’ve already tried disabling the firewalls on both machines,reinstalling os and game servers instances
Here’s what happen after restarting a server, it briefly appears in the game browser for about a minute, then vanishes. Sometimes it reappears on its own after a while, and other times it doesn’t show up at all.

The server logs contain these errors:
upon start it shows

BACKEND   (E): Curl error=Couldn't resolve host name
BACKEND   (E): Http Error (SEND)
BACKEND   (E): [RestApi] ID:[11] TYPE:[UNKNOWN] Error - Cannot send request

then continues to run normally
and then after a min or so shows

Other server owners on the official Arma Discord have reported similar issues of

errors with different codes

What do these errors indicate? Are my servers being blacklisted, or is this a problem with the BI backend?
highly unlikely to be an issue with the BI backend because most other community game servers seems to be running fine ,as far as i can tell

i did a grep search of all logs files for RplAuthBackend::OnFailure text and got

I discovered the root cause of

It turned out when I had cloned the entire profiles folder (including ownertoken.bin) from Server #1 onto Server #2, so both servers were using the same server ID. Simply deleting ownertoken.bin on Server #2 forced it to generate a new, file with new serverid and they started working again.

The dedicatedServerId field in the server config JSON was deprecated in March 2023 in favor of generating a unique ownerToken.bin on each server start (see the Arma Platform Dev Report #16).

"Another thing planned is that dedicatedServerId in the server config will become obsolete and instead it will be replaced by a new file which should be unique for each server. This file (ownerToken.bin) will be located in a server's profile directory and will be automatically generated on server start. It can also be generated from client when saving the server config which will generate ownerToken associated with the player identity so that the server or backend will recognize the player as the owner of that server. The way how it is generated is a temporary solution and will be improved in the future."

I suggest adding a “Server ID” section to the Arma Reforger Server Config page:

Make sure each profile and each server has its own unique ownerToken.bin file & hash (located at [ProfileName]/profile/ownerToken.bin).

I’m guessing this is a Bohemia Interactive backend issue,any thoughts on this error and what the group and reason code means?
