I have a temporarily solution - in game head tracking setting sensitivity must be push all way up and same for track ir software - between 1.5 and 2 sensitivity. This returns the head tracking in game, however, zoom inside helicopters still not working.

Patch 1.4 fixed all the issues I had with TrackIR. Zoom sensitivity, binoculars unwanted freelook and ADS alignment issues were all fixed.
You can change the sensitivity in settings like noktrum said. Around x10 sensitivity in game makes head tracking behave the same as before, no need to tweak TrackIR settings.
The zoom inside helicopters is working fine for me.

The same problem. TrackIR was mainly used in vehicles, but now it's almost impossible and pointless to use it.

You need to have TrackIR on and detected by camera then go into the game settings. I think its stupid they added this here when you can already tweak all of this in the TrackIR software... but here it is. These settings seemed to work well for me.

In the end, playing with the head TrackIR became simply impossible. Constant stuttering and unpredictable movements. The view in the car gets misaligned, so I constantly have to adjust it with the mouse, and playing with a joystick becomes downright unmanageable. Please take note of this. Thank you.

Two new issues have cropped up, and both are critical for me.

Automatic pausing. When I use TrackIR and enter a vehicle, the tracker often pauses itself without any input from me. It doesn’t happen every time, and I can’t discern any pattern. It really feels like a bug.

Recentering drift. The bigger problem is that, from time to time—especially when I turn my head to large angles—the view’s “center” drifts. When I return to the neutral position, my view no longer snaps back to the original center (the one I had when I first got into the vehicle), but instead sits off to the left or right. I have to recenter with the mouse, which is extremely disruptive—particularly because I’m flying with a joystick. This makes the game frustratingly difficult.

Please fix this. At the very least, it shouldn’t be worse than before; since the update, playing with TrackIR has become extremely inconvenient and irritating.

Lastly, we’re eagerly awaiting support for the remaining TrackIR axes. Being able to lean forward and look out a helicopter window during landing is priceless; otherwise you have to rely solely on instruments, which isn’t always ideal in critical situations.

Hello.
We have tested the reported issue thoroughly.

Issue 1: Track IR has very limited range of motion (about 5% of usual) changing settings in track ir software does not resolve the problem
→ Not reproduced

Track IR sensitivity can be adjusted in the game itself. If the Track IR is correctly connected and calibrated in the TrackIR app, Reforger recognizes it automatically and you will see "Head tracking" settings under Controllers (Settings > Controllers > Head tracking). There, you can change the "Sensitivity" to increase the range of motion like looking to the side.

Issue 2: Mouse look inside vehicles is not automatically disabled while using track ir.
→ As designed

The possibility to still use mouse while in vehicles is intentional and there are no current plans to implement it for now.

Issue 3: No zoom in side vehicles also.
→ Not reproduced.

We were not able to reproduce zoom not working by pressing Right mouse button when inside of a vehicle or standing outside. It might be worth resetting Controls setting (Hold F to reset all).
Can you specify in what way the zoom-in doesn't work?

Regards,
Geez
