The update did not fix the above "MUTE" voice protocol error.
"Players" use American English, they are not silent.
If it's not possible to fix it, maybe just remove it and give all Asians the VIE voice protocol? VIE is working fine.

When I tried it, my frames were in the 70s at all times.

we have looked into your issue and what you experienced is intended behaviour.
You need approx. 40 seconds ingame to empty a 2000 round magazine which leads to approx 3000rpm and hence within the 2000 to 6000 rpm the M134 is able to deliver.
And when you hit enemies, the normal Arma bleed effect is applied.
Hence we will close this ticket.

Hello, now I noticed that this problem has been generally fixed and now Koreans, Laotians and South Vietnamese use "MUTE". I don’t know if the creation of this topic played any role in this, but nevertheless, thanks for the work done.
But, an important nuance. I have noticed that when assigning a fighter from the above factions as a "player", he will use the standard voice protocol with American English. The problem is observed only with these factions. OPFOR factions do not experience this problem.

With regard to the 2nd (unrelated) issue mentioned in the ticket, there are no options available below "Binarize the Scenario File" in the mission attributes with vanilla Arma 3 (no DLC's or mods running).

Test completed, No mods, Single Player, Scenario Editor Huey set at Pleiku.
The initial test I did of this was at Pleiku, at the standard Green Hornets pads on Mike Force (BRO Nation #1 server). The issue is present regardless of landing location.

This where I test and I don't have any issue.
So that issue might not be related to the UH but to the ground you are testing on.

also providing best case scenario images when night time is at the brightest and best looking to show that headlights can be a bit to bright but also that arma 3 default also can be a little to bright but not as bright.
I do enjoy how far i can see but when close to a small hill like in my images it can be a bit to much so i have to shut my light off for navigations.

navigating on some maps is really hard with the strong headlight so it would be nice to have an option to reduce the brightness a little.
perhaps it is supposed to be this way but navigating is really hard since the lights are so strong.
i like the wide cone of sog vehicles and the long range of lights but i think it is better to drive without headlight on sog maps at night when the weather is clear because i can see better when navigating
which is just as hard to see through as pitch darkness
