I noticed that for some reason the M117 750lbs bomb nearly *ALWAYS* falls extremely short when using either the CCRP from the cockpit, or the CCIP from the "bombing camera", and this is so bad that the CCRP/CCIP will show me that I am "On Target" (the CCRP says it by text, the CCIP shows me with a reticle) and the bomb will fall hundreds of meters short (some times even more than one kilometer short).
Watching the bombs dropping on 3rd Person View and watching the bombs falling after I attempted to bomb a target makes me think that these bombs simply are not inheriting properly the velocity of the aircraft which it was released from, since they will pretty much stop dead in the air and then proceed to fall almost vertically down on the ground. And needless to say that this will be way off target, since the CCIP/CCRP expected a ballistic trajectory of the bomb.
I also noticed that even some other bombs (Mk84, Mk83, and even the Mk82 bombs) also have a slight chance suffer a similar effect when released from a high enough speed. (For the Mk82 I found that I needed to travel at around 1600km/h in order to see this happen)
But the M117 750lbs bomb seems to just ALWAYS suffer this issue when released.
