Greetings.
Somewhere between the 10th of January and today, the Eden editor stopped displaying the Add Editable Objects to Zeus function, as well as a few other options (show mines etc).
We noticed this today, and initially thought it was a workshop mod problem - That is not the case.
This also, however, affects mods that add objects to the zeus interface after the fact, such as ZEN.
In short, no objects placed in Eden will ever become editable ingame, and any missions made after whenever this bug was introduced, will not be able to have objects placed in Eden added as editable objects.

Regarding the post title's issue about editable Zeus objects:
This is a two fold answer, as there is ambiguity in the ticket original post, but both answers show that the issue stated is incorrect and that no bug exists in this regard due to the presence of the SOG:PF DLC.
- vanilla Arma 3 contains an "Add Editable Objects" module under the Zeus category.
The way it works is to be placed down in Eden, synchronised to the AI objects that you wish to give Zeus control over, and also synchronised to the Zeus GameMaster module.
With SOG:PF loaded this still results in the player Zeus from being able to edit/control the Eden placed entities
- There is a feature in a 3rd party mod called "Zeus Enhanced" which used to have a function called "Add Objects to Zeus" or something close to that.
It is now called "Update Editable Objects" available from the Modules Zeus category.
When clicked, it allows the Zeus to Add or Remove Objects from their control as shown (including with SOG:PF loaded)
Resulting in control of the Eden placed objects without needing to have synchronised them previously with the BI module described in 1.
With regard to the 2nd (unrelated) issue mentioned in the ticket, there are no options available below "Binarize the Scenario File" in the mission attributes with vanilla Arma 3 (no DLC's or mods running).
The author says that the extra options are present WITH mods loaded, but doesn't list which one is providing those extra options.
There can never be a guarantee that a DLC won't change how a 3rd party mod works, only that the DLC will work perfectly with the base game (without mods).
Hello,
as written above this is a non-issue and hence I will close this ticket.
Best regards,
