This is the original action script, I haven't changed it. But UseMainItem and MainItemAlwaysInHands is part of 1.07, I've yet to test the changes to actions there, but I'll check to see if it makes any difference.

It always happens. On all official servers that I play (Basically De 4-022). Now I noticed that it’s not necessary to get wet for this. It happens very often.
@Geez I observed this on PS4 yesterday. I don't have any additional information other than to confirm it happened to me as well.

When manually zooming camera, the FOV is overriden, hence the multiplication errors.
You can try these FOV values to adjust the calculation:

the reflection in general on that sight is too much. it defeats the entire purpose.

Resolved as of 1.07
After a relog i were able to move the items that were stuck back to my hand and then my inventory. But soon after moving the items back in to the barrel they were stuck yet again. The items seemed to stay in their original position after the relog.
During some more testing i found out that a lot of spots within the barrel are unusable when this bug is performed. Tried placing some ammo in every spot of the barrel while there was a Leather sewing kit stuck within and the more i moved the ammo around the more spots got unavailable and the green border around the item turned red when trying to place the ammo in those spots.

It's would be really cool, if you want to load images you saved with MakeScreenshot command, and you want at the end, show to the user, all the scripted screenshots you made.
Also, images are saved in "ServerProfile\Users\Survivor" and trying to save with "$profile:file.txt" will result in having a file named "$profile" in "ServerProfile\Users\Survivor".
