I ran across another player that had to be cheating/hacking this evening. Looked up how to report them and this is what I found so I hope I'm doing this correctly though this seems more suited to reporting bugs. A player came out of nowhere and started speaking to me. They moved way too fast, blinking around the map. My game did not appear to be lagging in any way. After they moved very far away blinking around the map again I was killed instantly. I've never seen anyone be able to move in this way. I was leaving Chernogorsk and I believe heading near Vysotovo. It was roughly between 5:40 P.M. and 5:42 P.M. PST. Server IP: 66.151.255.22. Server port: 2502.
