Steps To Reproduce
- Dress Plate Carrier
- Add some grenades, pistol, some items.
- Screen stamina value. Suppose it 5/10
- Get wet.
- Maybe run around, maybe pick up new items from the ground.
- Get dry.
- Screen stamina. Now it 2.5-3/10
- Re-enter. Screen stamina. Again 5/10

Do you experience this issue every time or only sometimes? Does the server performance have possibly an effect on this? Do you experience this across various servers? Or is there anything specific that needs to be done prior to the issue occurring?

@Geez I observed this on PS4 yesterday. I don't have any additional information other than to confirm it happened to me as well.

It always happens. On all official servers that I play (Basically De 4-022). Now I noticed that it’s not necessary to get wet for this. It happens very often.
