I recovered my project latest file with roads by importing my terrain ".wrp" file into a blank Terrain Builder.
I used the ".wrp" file for offline mode testing so I backed it up in latest form.
If anyone has same problem try this method.

The Problem still exists... It's this car on the screenshot and another blue one!

Any solution for this coming? still got this error after full car wipe and banned cars..

event waves set to 0 too..

still got the same messages spamming me.. even after full wipe and ban of all cars permanent on server...

got the same on a server i wiped all cars off and set their events.xml to 0. Any solutions yet how to solve it? I banned all original/vanilla cars too..

We do not issue any bans for in game glitches occurring. If your account has been banned through Steam (not just a local server ban imposed by specific admin of that server), then you will have to reach out to the BattlEye team as they are responsible for handling and issuing bans - https://www.battleye.com/support/.

AND I JUST DIED BY A HACKER GUY.FIX THIS GAME.YOU'RE RUINING THE GAME

I suspect some file is corrupted which blocks the loading process. I can recover my project by creating a new one and importing heightmap, surface, satellite and the main layer of the project
but the main default layer does not have the roads which I have created with the road tool in Terrain Builder.
