As soon as I hit play within the client, I get an error message. It says that the code couldn't be read. After that it gives me this code 0xC0000135 - STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND

This appears to be an issue related to one of the drivers on your computer.
Can you please try the following?
0xC0000135 - STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND
The OS is unable to load a file that is required to run the game. A missing DLL may belong to the game, the OS or one of the required components (DirectX e.g.). Possible solutions:
- Verify the integrity of the game cache using Steam.
- Re-install DirectX.
- Uninstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package (both x86 and x64 version), restart your computer and install the package again (do not use the Repair function).
- Run the Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.

I did all 4 steps yet have any fix to the solution. For DriectX I'm unable to deinstall it for windows 10 cause of some version DirectX 12 that is included into the software itself
