Yes, laser is supposed for higher accuracy for laser guided ammunition so it is correct if you mark target with laser until targer is hit/destroyed by artillery.
I have tried it from your savegame and artillery fire has worked and I was able to finish mission. It seems like random bug.

I have tried severel times and I was able to finish mission with help of the artillery. Could you please attach here your savegame? It's here: c:\Users\Username\Documents\Arma 3\Saved\A3\ for default profile or c:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\PROFILENAME if you play on non default profile.

Do you have this issue in both server browsers (ingame and Launcher)?
Are you sure that you don't have activated any server browser filter?
Are you able to connect via direct connect?

these errors are usually caused by gpu drivers or unstable overclock of graphic card and we are not able to solve it in any way. You can find multiple different solutions how to fix this issue if you add DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED into google search.

I have checked your crashdump files and crashdumps are empty with nothing related to the game. Error message shows some issue with graphic card. It can be driver issue or overclocking issue or some other incompatibility. Did you have change anything before this issue?
