Game Crashes with OUT OF MEMORY message

Description

After some time of multiplayer gameplay at a friends server, my game simply crashes giving me a OUT OF MEMORY message

Additional Information

My system is running the game with no problem at 60FPS on Ultra using aroung 8-9 of RAM and 3-5 of VRAM, usage of CPU and GPU is around 30-50%

Temps are also OK and pretty low and normal since the system isn't being really pushed to run the game

I5 9600K
16GB 3600MHz CL16
GTX1660Ti
2x 240GB SSD for system
960GB SSD where the game is installed
