My issues have now gone away as I have replaced my GPU. Swapped the Nvidia 3800 with a Radeon 7900xtx. Obviously a very expensive fix, and I can't be sure if it's the hardware upgrade, (24GB VRAM now), or the different vendor.
The idea of controlling engine speed (gas) with the mouse wheel is just super!!! It makes sense to expand this function to control engine speed (gas) on helicopters, and in the future, on airplanes)) Similar mechanics were already in old games. Moreover, real Arma fans (including many of my friends), playing on consoles, buy keyboards and mice specifically for this game (otherwise the full potential of the engine will not be revealed).

I don't know what exactly helped, but I followed both of the comments above, and it worked.
For ACE All in One, we just override a config without making any actual changes to it.
You cannot upload empty mods. Not sure if it will be changed, but for now, you need to have some content in the mod. It can be even single empty config or emat.

@Geez here is a video of it, you can't even dismantle it as well. I stayed on it until I got killed and later fired a lucky RPG and took out two of the exploiters.
I'm having the same issues here. I'll have an initial stutter within 15 minutes of playing with each subsequent stutter giving a high chance of fully freezing up, requiring a full reboot.

Do you mean something like ARMA 3's shouldering instability for the increased sway while strafing in ADS?
I'm also a big fan of how ARMA 3 does it, and its implementation would be greatly appreciated in Reforger (or ARMA 4).
It's not too extreme, adds visual inaccuracy in a non-intrusive way, and as a bonus, it adds visual flair that makes the gun feel more physical and reactive to forces applied to it.
Although, I do primarily like ARMA 2's implementation for the fact that the side-to-side strafe motion is slower compared to forward motion, and there seems to be more visual sway/shouldering instability while in point-fire stance.
This is not realistic, and really needs updating. I'm not sure why they made this change at all, when it was working fine before. What was removing this feature supposed to solve?

Hello, I found the fix, tested and approved only in dedicated server tools with two peer configurations, in the player_main.agr the variables AimIKX and AimX must be "synchronized", otherwise they are out of sync for every client other than the local one.
