Illumination shells activate at incorrect elevation when fired by AI
New, NormalPublic

Description

Game Version: 1.4.0.48
Mods: None

When using the map to command an AI who is currently manning a mortar pit to fire illumination shells from a high elevation (Castle Monfort) to a low elevation (St. Pierre) the shells will "burst" extremely high and fail to illuminate the ground at their target.
It appears as though the shells are bursting in order to illuminate a target which is on the same elevation as the mortar pit, as they properly illuminate Castle Monfort when fire from Western Heights, but not Vernon when fired from Western Heights or Castle Monfort.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Place a US or Soviet mortar pit composition at any high elevation in the mountains.
  2. Recruit any AI and assign them to the mortar
  3. Stand anywhere in St. Pierre or southern Green Valley (so long as the drop in elevation is sufficiently great)
  4. Use map to command AI to fire illumination shells onto your position (or nearby)
