Please provide the following when creating the Ticket:

Game Version number: 1.4.0.48
Modded?: No

Issue Description: When attempting to load a created scenario from Game Master to an official server as Game Master, the scenario will not load and instead displays the loading clock ad infinitum. The Xbox console's alternate MAC address has been cleared per emailed troubleshooting instructions and the issue persists. No scenario and server combinationhas worked.

Steps To Reproduce

Reproduction steps:
On xbox console:

  1. Create a scenario using the Game Master mode, save as, name, and save the scenario.
  2. Find a zero population Game Master (official) server.
  3. Be voted Game Master.
  4. Attempt to load the previously created scenario.
  5. Stare at the loading clock until overtaken by exhaustion.
Additional Information

I understand this to be a persistent issue across many users and I have not been able to find an official statement from the developers or support team about the cause or remedies for the issue. Thank you for your time.
