After a clean installation of Windows 11 and Arma Reforger, the game always reaches the first splash/intro, sits there for ~5 minutes, then Windows marks the process “Not responding” and an Access Violation is generated:

If I let Windows choose the GPU (so the integrated RDNA2 iGPU is used) the game launches, but performance drops to 5 FPS.
Crash only happens when the dedicated Radeon RX 7800 XT is active.

Steps To Reproduce
Fresh Windows 11 Home 22H2 FR install
Install AMD Software Adrenalin 23.12.1 WHQL (factory‑reset install after AMD Cleanup Utility)
Steam ‑> install Arma Reforger 1.4.0.48 (no Workshop mods, BattlEye : tried both abled and disabled => same result)
Windows Settings → Display → Graphics → add ArmaReforgerSteam.exe → set to High Performance (RX 7800 XT)
Launch the game, insta freeze as soon as music kicks in
Wait ~5 minutes with and without clicking → freeze, then crash.
Reproduced with drivers 25.6.1, 25.5.1 and 23.12.1. Tried -nosplash -skipintro, DX11 and DX12 flag, overlays OFF, audio stereo, cache deletion, offline mode – same result.

Crash occurs in both fullscreen and windowed 1080p.
Disabling Steam, AMD and Discord overlays does not help.
Game runs (low FPS) when forced on the integrated GPU, so the issue seems specific to RDNA3 / RX 7800 XT path.
Previous stable version 1.3.x (legacy branch) launches fine on the same PC with RX 7800 XT.
