Issue Description:

When you're in mod manager and you have moved quite a few mods to disable, and then you delete them, the game freezes.

This makes the game seem like it has crashed, but it hasn`t. I am using an M.2 SSD, and deleting should cause the game to freeze.

In the past, I have had a crash, but it seems not to be as bad as before.
