Issue Description:

I'd like the ability to disable music and/or sound effects when alt-tabbed. When waiting in queue, I usually alt-tab since I can't do anything in the menu while in queue, but the music always plays at full volume. I can always disable the music, but I'd like to be able to listen to it when in game instead of constantly muting/unmuting it every time I join a server.
