If you have the opener in hand then this does not occur. Having the object in hand that is to be opened reproduces.

Not sure this is correct. Mine did not return even after the sun rose. Dying seemed to reset it.
I can confirm. Seems to affect all concrete surfaces of this type. Likely a model config issue.

This D-bag youtuber is advertising it so you should see an increase in occurances.
It still protects items so not useless.
Appears model was adjusted to allow loot spawn to occur on floor rather than under the floorboards but position was not adjusted in world. Alternately entire model and loots spawns could be adjusted as it is consistent with the Tan and brown house single story.
This occurs when damaged vehicles are interacted with it appears. DayZUnderground has been experiencing this and it's happening consistently on other servers as well.
you remain in game for 5 minutes after you log even if not choosing to .. probably causes you to fall from the moving vehicle and thus die.
vehicles which are destroyed or highly damaged and then are interacted with seem to cause this issue.

This is updated as the previous report was only with low shadow settings on another build.
It is indeed possible to punch and sprint at the same time.
The way I have my comms set up if I punch and initiate comms then sprint it begins this running/punching madness every single time.
So while we respect that you want to help the process, you need to be more concise in your reports and actually test the bug you are reporting before screaming "ZOMG H4X0RZ"
Also if you feel there is a hack involved I suggest you make that report private in the future.

Seems related to desynch and resulting discrepancy between client and server positions.
When desynch drops position updates to server position.
It is centered when you are unarmed.
Probably due to animation variations with stances.
Same is occurring with food that has more than one use.
I also noticed that if I have two of the same type of container that even if I place each on its own hot bar spot it will always draw the first container until I swap it directly in the hot bar with the first one.
Causes issues when attempting to refill multiple bottles or move to a full bottle when the first is empty.
This goes for containers and med kits as well.
I think those two items should work like ammo.
Hit "Alt" to free look and aim the lamp.
Same issue with screwdriver.
If you have a full inventory then items will not appear in scroll wheel menu. You have to clear space for them or empty your hands to be able to place them in hand when accessing hard to reach items.

That was my initial thought but the coincidence seems fairly odd since I was in a remote area, wearing protective headgear and happened to press esc at that very moment.
Have not tried again on that particular ladder as it is far NW of map but have been trying others.
I've found more magnum ammo than I know what to do with. You have to be more attentive and stay in first person to see them because they will not show in vicinity when tabbing in most cases.
When you tab into your inventory do you see either "Healing" or "Healthy" written in white on the right top of your character model window?
If not you either do not have proper food/water levels to heal or your healing is impaired by infected wounds.
Trust me this is the case. I thought the same issue was occurring and it turned out I had infected scratches that needed rubbing alchohol but no indicator is given for this condition only a notification of the healing if you use the alchohol.
You have to drink and eat till you get white full message for each.
If you do not then get a healing notification in menu you must clean your wounds with alcohol.
You must get both full messages back to back.
This is not a bug but part of the learning curve on regeneration. Rice is the most efficient in filling hunger but must be followed with water.
Sprinting takes energy down which can make the healing state harder to achieve if overused.
same thing happened to me tonight because I couldn't respawn from the You are Dead screen.
When I logged off and logged back in I was alive but bleeding.
had the same issue after dying while cuffed.
Not sure if being cuffed contributed.
additionally when I rejoined the server I was at my old position bleeding but not dead as my screen had indicated.
same issue however I did not respawn on exit rather I ended up in the spot I died bleeding but not dead.
Bleed out did not seem as fast as normal. Looking for a high place to try to see if I can actually die.
Experienced this as well but did not realize the cause. A friend appeared in the floor and could not get out until vaulting.
Or you have a broken limb.
Not all broken limbs reduce you to crawling.
Sometimes they just reduce your ability to run/walk.
Apply splint or morphine to resolve.

This definitely needs to be addressed.
Either you are clipping the objects or your aiming deadzone is up too high.
Try lowering your weapon if you have one raised.
Alternately it may be an FPS issue if you are in one of the larger cities.
Try turning off clouds as well due to current frame stutter from weather changes.
The reason they take space is so that you don't inadvertently drop them when climbing a ladder or switching weapons after having filled the space they should occupy.
double tapping stops transmission
its because you are sprinting the entire way and not stopping to rest using the sit down (f3) option to rest.
dehydration+starvation+exhaustion are causing you to pass out which is currently bugged.
Noticed this in A2 as well with high graphics settings
I had this issue as well. Increasing from 8GB to 16GB RAM alleviated some of the issue and I now get 20-30 FPS in cities vs 10-15 prior to RAM increase.
confirmed left my pc running with me unconscious at 4:50 AM it is now 8:07 AM
