I think someone messed up big time and pushed the update out to early and now no one can play. Like today is my only day off this week and i wanted to play dayz

I am also having the same issue on xbox. I’ve received a 12GB update where once the update was applied I now have no server showing up. On the main menu where it shows the new map you can’t access the store to view it as you receive an error message.

Not an issue. The food is not hot enough to cause burn damage when putting it in the pan and then putting the pan into inventory.

If this is on an official server, you can log onto another server that shares your character. That will reset your characters position.
If this is on a community server, please contact the server admin.

Dayz experimental is now interfering with regular DayZ. If you plan on experimental you go back to regular DayZ and you can't log in. You have to go back to experimental login log out, then go back to regular DayZ and log back in. It's getting a little bit ridiculous. I'm worried what's going to happen when it's finally released. How bad this is actually going to be?.

I have had this problem myself now and been troubleshooting it all day long I have tried the following, uninstall reinstall, reset console, I’ve deleted all my data, I’ve hard reset my console, I’ve tried what people on Reddit suggest which is to find the last played server and join then walk 50m and then log out, the problem is, I can’t get back into the last server I was on, the game will not let me because of this error, meaning the game is entirely unplayable. Having this issue on Xbox Series X as well. Don't know what server I was on as it was only my second time playing the game and didn't know you should favorite the server you're on.

After talking to the Nitrado Support, for everyone else wondering: The Rate Limiting supports 15k req/h, after that you get the rate limit response. The support can up the rate limit for specific IPs, you need to tell them the expected reqs/h and your server ip.

Resolved for 1.26 stable.

Can you please try to reset the settings for DayZ completely?

Yours is a simple "copy/paste" of a forum post, which refers to many other discussions not present here.
At least you could have written a specific post for this thread.
If you feel so "good" and anxious to show your ability to survive even in the most absurd difficulties, I inform you that there are many community servers, modded, that add a whole series of various difficulties... to choose from, you can find all sorts of them.
Here we are talking about the "official" servers that are the first choice of all new players. They shouldn't be too "difficult".
Furthermore, as already suggested by someone in the forum, there are already two different "strands" of servers: "normal" & "HC".
I don't know why the difference is almost non-existent: light/dark nights & 1P/1-3P vision.
It would be a good idea to make the "normal" servers more "user friendly" for new and casual players who are just looking for some relaxing fun, and the "HC" ones with more difficulty (less slots, less weapons, less ammo, less food, more diseases, infected that kill again, etc).
And as for the supposed absurdity of storing heavy weapons in a simple hunting jacket (an opinion I share), as also suggested by other people in the forum... it would have been enough to divide the storage space into non-communicating parts, so as NOT to allow storing objects that are too large, without necessarily penalizing the space and the amount of transportable objects.
It's about "playability & verisimilitude"... not "absolute realism" (which is impossible in a simple PC video game).

Hopefully, the developers can fix the issue soon to prevent people from exploiting it. In terms of best house designs, having proper structure and clear boundaries between floors is essential in both real life and games to avoid issues like this. The last crash you sent and the VME we have to fix on our end. Currently we do not know what produced the FROZEN dump so we cannot tell on that one.

Okay. So is there anything we can do client side to help or is it an issue on your end that should be resolved with a hotfix or update in the future?

If you are playing official server, you can relog to another server that shares your character to reset its position. The video of the problematic spot would be helpful though
