When you put hot food into the frying pan it does not get hot and burn you. But when you use frying pan to cook it burns you kinda figured it was a bug since hot food can turn stuff hot

Not an issue. The food is not hot enough to cause burn damage when putting it in the pan and then putting the pan into inventory.
