Issue is occurring for me as well. Played game 1 year ago on Nvidia 3080 7800x3D 32GB RAM with no freezing. Reinstalled the game and am experiencing constant seconds long freezes. Sometimes I'll be able to wait out the freezes and either still be in the game or get timed out from the server. At it's worst my entire PC will freeze and I have to restart my computer. The only commonalities I've seen is each freeze has the CPU spike to 100% and I've upgraded to 24H2 since the issue started happening. Rarely am I able to have a game without freezes

In the end, playing with the head TrackIR became simply impossible. Constant stuttering and unpredictable movements. The view in the car gets misaligned, so I constantly have to adjust it with the mouse, and playing with a joystick becomes downright unmanageable. Please take note of this. Thank you.

According to the devs this is intended so players have some awareness of the surroundings of the area they are building (to avoid blocking paths, doors etc) and doesn't offer that much of an advantage because of the angle given.

I confirm this bug about toggle freelook/controls commands (since 1.4 release i suppose), no way to fly with mouse :(
Before, inside vehicle : 2xLALT to control vehicle (heli) with mouse, and 1xLALT to toggle in freelook.
And i confirm too that before some animations were with freelook (building, third person view, ...) but from this release we have to press LALT to toggle in freelook.
