The only thing we can suggest at the moment is to delete your DayZ documents folder, disable Steam cloud sync and verify the game data (in this order).
Also if you have crash dump files, please send those too as you have provided only FROZEN.mdmp files.

I have the same issue. I have noticed that the longer the life I have before death, the worse the issue is. Sometimes it sorts itself out after 15 minutes or F11, but in most cases, it is unplayable and requires a relog.
