My friend was in the middle of our base with no LOS from outside, he was wearing a plate carrier and helmet and was instantly killed. I logged in, was prone in the middle of the base with plate carrier and helmet, also instantly killed.

We had 2 gates, one of which had a lower metal wall.

This occurred Saturday, June 21st at 8:07pm Pacific Standard Time PST.

I thought perhaps it may have been explosives, but someone on reddit said it was a shot.

This happened maybe an hour after we raided a base and took this green 4x4. Possibly a coincidence, but we've only been raided one other time in the last 3 weeks or so.
