I have seen this repeatedly on streams, from players on our servers, and personally while playing. It seems to becoming more frequent with every patch.

Is there any intent to fix this? It's pretty frustrating in a full-release survival game to play cautiously, do everything right, and have buggy AI get you killed. Video attached.
