Subject: Fix Your Game – Hackers Are Ruining Everything

I’m beyond frustrated at this point. We’ve died to hackers over five times in just a couple of days, each time after spending up to 5 HOURS grinding and playing the game properly. Do you have any idea how infuriating that is?

We invest real time and effort into your game, only to get wiped out by blatant cheaters who clearly don’t care about the rules—and apparently, neither do you, since they’re still running rampant. It’s a joke. Where is your anti-cheat system? Where is the enforcement? Because from our perspective, it feels like you’ve given up on fair play altogether.

Either fix this mess or stop pretending this is a serious, competitive game. We’re tired of wasting our time.
