Yes, I'm experiencing yet weird things but I cannot say 100% sure if it's my fault or engine's. My mission is a very complex - dynamic one and to know the cause of everything is very hard.
But as 1776 said, I am having issues related to not receiving the notification.
And of course the BIS_fnc_deleteTask + BIS_fnc_taskExists wasn't working the last time I tried.

All my MP missions don't have scripted tasks anymore!
Scripted tasks are a must in many many user made missions. Specially the dynamic fully scripted ones like mine.
I am a bit surprised this function hasn't been tested in MP while I see around 2-3 lines in the changelog that speak about tasks and MP tweaking...
this is a huge problem unless you are in a clan or what ever them kids are calling it these days, to specialize load outs. and i defeats the point of large load barring gear, as it stand with this new system one can only fill the hghest capacity gear about 2/3s full with out walking around like you are holding in a poo

Armored Vests like the Carrier Rig do stop bullets, depending on range and caliber. Tactical Vests don't (and never have).
That said, the armor values are missing from the arsenal, and are not all that informative (as they only tell you how good the clothing is against explosives, not direct penetration). Having a display for the 'passthrough' value would be nice as well.
Not having a full stamina bar with a vest/my gun tells me the stamina system needs a lot of work or it needs to go.
That's what I feared, I've got no problem with them being proud of it. For arcade modes it's a fantastic system which will keep the gameplay fast paced but it doesn't suit the core players.
What would be even better is if the original fatigue system was the default over the stamina system.
I preached in desert for stamina/fatigue difficulty setting but when a developer is proud of its work, it's impossible to issue a customized version for the pleasure of the most of players.
After an hour it confirmed that I had indeed faults in the game cache and after downloading the files it worked.
They do not perform the function of the algorithm of the fuse with the current name.
They do, because the original English name for these grenades is RGO Grenade and RGN Grenade. The Russian translation has to reflect this, not to suddenly invent its own terms.
Change the original English name for these grenades to the V40 Mini-Grenade and M67 grenade.
They have nothing to do with the English language. This is a Russian-language abbreviation (RGN & RGO).

new Launcher is using a system component that is either missing or misconfigured and the .NET Framework that we use isn't handling this correctly. Apparently Microsoft has already fixed the issue, although I don't know whether the fix is available at the moment (https://twitter.com/rrelyea/status/667888929530474497).

These errors are usually raised when some DLLs are corrupted or missing or when they are replaced with an incompatible version. It may also happen that you placed a DLL file in the game folder that is loaded instead of the genuine one. Possible solutions:
Verify the integrity of the game cache using Steam.
Re-install DirectX.
Uninstall the Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable package (x86 version), restart your computer and install the package again (do not use the Repair function).
Run the Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.
If you are using post-processing tools like Reshade or SweetFX or utilities like RadeonPro remove them.
Re-install the game; remove all files from the game installation folder and then verify the integrity of the game cache using Steam.
To identify the precise DLL that is causing an issue, download a 32-bit version of the Microsoft Dependency Walker and open arma3.exe with it. The libraries with a red icon are the corrupted ones.
