I think there is a related problem, and raised a ticket for it. Vehicle doors IRL do not stay open once you start driving forwards. In the game they do, leading to the absurd sight of a Huey flying at top speed with both doors wide open. It looks ridiculous and is completely unrealistic.
Realistically, inertia at slow speed and wind resistance at speeds above 15kph would slam the doors shut.

Yes, it is broken — but the real issue is that Bohemia has done nothing to fix it for such a long time. What’s even more frustrating is that launchers like DZSA and Launch-Z don’t have these kinds of problems. It’s crazy, especially considering that most players — including new ones — still use the official launcher.

Another time this has happened is when I was suiciding constantly to get a good spawn, it eventually make it to where I was unable to move and the server was forcing me to slide backwards like I was Michael Jackson. Being pretty serious.

Hello, are you able to interact with any other items/objects on the server? If not then there is some sort of desynchronisation happening between the server and your client.

There was announced wipe with the hotfix release.
Looks like the 10slot server isn't generating the server.log file but it looks like the 32 slot server is still, both have better looking CPU, I grabbed the CPU, Players and RAM json from Nitrado for you

You know that server.log file that generates endless lines of logs. Can you delete that for us? Think ours is like 2-3gb large. Also can you make it so it wont auto generate for us?

Had a big fight around 5 minutes ago, caused insane lag/desync to where I was not able to open anything not even the menu. Just throwing this here.
I guess you have to take into account that we have 70 people on our server nearly all the time. Whether you can test that or not, we may be cooked.
Are you actually testing it on PlayStation? It's been present for weeks now since 1.28 that bullets are hitting left.
This also applies to guns, not just crossbow.
A lot has happened since the original feedback was submitted on 13 June 2025, and unfortunately, the situation has remained consistently bad.

After making a backup of my old profile in a folder, set steam cloud off and profile files are generated from zero again this seems fixed with the new profile, after setting mouse sensivity game respects it in every game restart. Can you try to disable Steam cloud sync, then delete DayZ documents folder and try to launch the game and let us know if the problem still persists?
Hello, the issue was confirmed and scheduled for a fix.
Just verified this yesterday. Both the sound bug when shooting indoor as well as the bug when shooting with a silencer in prone position (both shown in Wobo's video), are still present in the stable version.
I will try to test some more when I can in the future and I will list what I find here
