Fixed for me on dev branch.

I have issues with TrackIR as well.
I don't use trackIr zoom, but when i look to the sides and zoom in with right mouse button, the view is forced forward. Only happens when on foot. Vehicles are fine.

That solved it for me to. I had to reapply all movement keys, though my rudders was not showing up in the controls as mapped to anything.
I had no conflicts with the D key.

Okay I finally figured out what causes the problem for me.
This mission by Dixon: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=272240034&searchtext=training+redux
As soon as i unsubscribe from that, the lag disappears. Something weired added into that one, I haven't unpbo to see whats inside, can't find the mission in the convoluted steam folder system.
ICEMAN can you please suggest to whomever is in charge of steamworks, to make all subscribed missions downloaded to a folder called e.g 'steammissions' in arma III root folder!
I have now deleted both 'arma3' and 'arma3 other profiles' folders in my documents to let the game create fresh ones when I start up the game, but the problem still persisted.
I then completely removed arma3 from steam and did a reinstall, but the lag is still there.
So the culprit may very well be the workshop missions.
Where exactly are they stored? so I can take a backup before deleting all of them.
EDIT: Maybe everyone should copy the names of the missions before deleting so BI can look into it. Take a screen shot of steamworks scenarios list ingame.
yes me too, a metric ton of them.
Creating a new profile removed the loading screen, but the lag is still there every 14 sec. Other player notice the same lag if they are in a vehicle that I'm driving. They can also see my avatar lag when I run around.
Good ping, no desync.
Your rpt is of no use cam7667, you have disabled logging.
Have had the same problem for the long time on dev branch. uploaded rpt log.
These lines repeats itself over and over in my rpt:

The first one got fixed in VBS a couple of years ago so it's definitely doable but probably not a priority.

This would also be very nice for changing settings quickly on the fly in a mission.
-Say you are observing from an hill and you want to sacrifice FPS for view distance. Quickly change to a preset you have made called e.g 'sniper'.
-Maybe next part of the mission is to move into a town, quickly change to your 'CQB' preset where you sacrifice video quality and view distance for max FPS.
-At the end of mission you want to take a team screen shot, select your 'max ultra settings' preset.
I tried to suggest this in the arma II forums way back, hope to see it finally implemented.
This type of presets would also be fantastic to have for us that change between one and three monitors, no need to set up every setting manually each time.
issue 0012046
http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=12046
This was fixed a while back, but the old cloud behavior is now in the latest dev branch.
Abrupt wind changes should only apply to particle effects like smoke etc. Not change direction of the entire cloud cover in seconds.
'Wind direction' setting should slowly change the main direction of wind when set to auto.
'Wind gust' setting should make abrupt change in wind direction at ground level and affect particle effects like smoke etc.
That is a separate issue pluto, no point adding it to this ticket.
It already have a ticket here #0000567
It's been like that since the release of Take on helicopters so you shouldn't expect to much. Probably not an easy fix for it.
This have been a problem with all vehicles in the arma series. There are no standard to settings like these.
Different vehicles have different FOV.
Some can have the view locked by +/-, some don't.
You can pan the camera freely around in 3dp mode with some, others have very restricted camera movement.
In single player the AI will stop shooting if you go behind the smoke screen.
Might be a MP issue?
I can confirm this.
Pressing left shift + W while looking down the weapon sights makes a weird view angle.
This may actually be a feature. In reality your eyes will perceive colored light differently. I think the color green actually is one of the weakest colors.
This should not be a default feature. If it makes it in the final game, it should be a module so it's up to the mission makers to use it. Or even a server setting.
If people want to cheat this way, can't they just turn up the gamma in the graphics control in windows?

I did not see this until EXE rev. 08236
Hard to recreate a repro. seem to happen to random dead bodies:
