Description

In the editor I have noticed cloud movements to be inconsistent, you can see the clouds moving around, back and forth, sometimes hardly making any progress across the sky.

Steps To Reproduce

Start the preview in the editor without making any changes to the default settings on the weather, and then time accelerate the game engine by pressing the plus key twice to 4x, and watch the clouds movements.
