@Armor good report, it finally makes sense why I would always get handbugged against wolf AI mutants on STALKER servers after seeing your video

As of 5.15.2024 this is still an ongoing issue. Any "custom loading screen" tutorials are outdated to the point that any server with a current CLS has probably figured it out themselves; but anyone making a server right now (like myself) with a CLS/using old tutorials, is facing this issue.

Hello. It would have been great to be able to make the distinction to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately, the distinction that would be made would open the door to abuse through the use of third-party software to cause a voluntary exclusion so as not to be affected by the 15-second timer. It's technically possible, but you'd have to put too much faith in what's done on the client side.

Yep, I have been aware this is the fiddly workaround via settings, disable, re-enable - but it needs an actual fix - when it happens in a firefight it can be frustrating if not deadly

This appears to be simply caused by the system that is in place to prevent combat logging. The character stays in the game for 15 seconds after turning off the game or being kicked. I will forward this to the devs if there is a possibility to discern between shutting the game off and being kicked but I can not promise that this will be possible or implemented.

i managed to evidence something like this a months ago, just running and then black screen, but i dont died immediately, when my character wake up something super strange happened, all my clothes and itens was gone, no one around me, and then someone came across me in a distance of 300m, then i died

just go to hud and disable and apply and close config, it will come back, but, press esc again and enable hud again, i had this sometimes too and a do this and work just fine without close and join server again

i heard from two friend of mine that discord can cause this problem

china is a big country, maybe it have this amount of players

There weren't any other performance issues, however shortly before this occurrence the door has lagged a bit, in other terms, it has opened a second later after the initial interaction. Shortly after this I've gotten kicked.
