Yes, but by bound movement keys, not just arbitrary hardcoded keys that someone considered movement keys during development.
Movement. Is done via movement keys. Yes.
Commanding. Is done via keys bound to commanding. Yes.
Arrow keys. Are not movement keys. They CAN be. But they don't HAVE to.
Players. Bind their own keys. That's what controls are for.
You can change pretty much every keybinding. Just not the "Command XYZ" functions bound to the arrow keys. Because it is not listed. At least no regular user can. I'm sure it can be manually coded somewhere in a config file. But that's not the point. It should be bindable in options.
Beacuse you are commanding movement by movement keys!
I've just found out via testing with quads that the Disembark option simply stays selected when hovering over the vehicle and then moving the cursor away. So just touching the vehicle when moving the mouse is sufficient to make the player command "Disembark" when clicking anywhere else. Tested in first person. Reproduction unreliable. Happens sometimes but not always.
Edit: Further testing, I found a way that seems to reliably work. 3 AI, 2 in an MBT (Kuma) as driver and gunner, 1 in an APC (Gorgon) as driver, me as commander in the APC. Selecting the gunner AI of the tank I don't control gives me "Disembark" as default option regardless of cursor position.

Cannot reproduce. I placed a Hunter on Stratis near Mike-26, gave him waypoint to Agia Marina, and it followed roads without problems.

it looks like the missing or corrupted file from .NET installation is at fault.
A) (Re)install .NET Framework 4.6: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130
B) Run the Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.
I am running into this too and it's quite frustrating. The mission I'm using can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/CtrlC-Root/arma3-missions/tree/master/CtrlC-EXT-Research.Altis. It works great using the "Singleplayer" and "Multiplayer" modes in the editor but when I load it using the built-in multiplayer server to play with a friend I'm always missing a few objects at random. I basically can't play any of the missions I make because of this.

With Windows Server 2012 R2 in Arma 1.54.
I Run my mission.sqm build with Eden Editor, but the server not launch with spam "Read mission ***.Altis from the bank" in Arma Server Console.
Is this normal? Perhaps that Eden Editor is not integrated on a dedicated server yet?

File patching is now enforced for execVM/loadFile etc.
So either pack your loose files (makepbo lets you pack loose files without needing a config file) or use -filePatching on the server.
EDIT: alright.... i just found out its not possible to load files anymore if they are located outside the missionfile (or an addon pbo)

viZeax all the hidden map markers tht are off the map on debug move it onto the map .Everything on debug not inside the lake side map like hidden icons etc drag them onto map .i dont know how to make it more understanding than that hope u fix it

Did use the A3L files on all other maps and it worked fine. Even the Applegate_Lake map with no issues. Must be somewhere in the Lakeside Map?

We can provide you with server side files also - However if Koil is providing you with them, that's fine, most of these servers use the same(ish) server side files anyway.

Hello, we are sorry you are experiencing issues with our game.
Could you please export your game log files from the launcher?
Steps on how to export logs from ARMA 3 Launcher:
- Start ARMA 3 Launcher
- Click the Hamburger menu tab in the launcher (Top right corner. Next to Options (Cog wheel icon) and Minimize Button)
- Drop down menu will appear
- Select: Prepare Arma Troubleshooting error and save those files
- A notification will pop up with the name of the generated file
Please note that the files might take a while to collect.
Attach the generated files to the ticket. If the files are too big please use some free file sharing service.
Also, please check if your page file is enabled and how big the page file is.
How to check your page file:
- Go to control panel
- Select System
- Select Advanced System settings in the left menu
- In the new popup window select Advanced and and Click settings under Performance
- New window will pop up. Select advanced again and check the Virtual memory tab
- The total paging file size for all drives number represents your page file size.
Is your hardware overlocked (CPU,GPU and RAM mainly)
Lastly, we are preparing a special .EXE of the game with extended logging capability so we can identify the problem faster and with more accuracy.
Would you be able to play the game with mentioned .EXE so we can find fix for the issue faster?

My current paging file is 13026MB, and it is set to automatically allocate space.
We are able to run any EXE if it means fixing this issue faster

- I gave these instructions to some of my players and this has prevented the game from crashing for "SOME" People, however ... long periods of gameplay have not been tested.

Yep it appears that all Life Modded servers were effected by this.
