Launcher Exception on Launch

Description

When i try launch arma 3 through steam i always get this Launch Exception file appear on my desktop. I have verified the intergrated game cache multiple times and re installed the game twice and i still get this problem.
This is what it says in the file which appears on the desktop:

I was previously able to play arma 3 and now i dont know whats going on.

Hello,

it looks like the missing or corrupted file from .NET installation is at fault.

A) (Re)install .NET Framework 4.6: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130
B) Run the Windows System File Check tool to repair corrupted system files.
