The crash dump you have provided is always from exiting the game, which does not lead us anywhere sadly.
We suggest that you try to uninstall/unsubscribe all your mods, then verify the game data and re-download the mods again as this could possibly help.

Hi, first, no allCaps, that's against the netiquette.
Second, this here is your first message about being banned, so I do not see how you can have been ignored for two months.
Third, it is usually frowned upon to threaten to spam until you are satisfied and it does not invite to help you, quite the contrary - let alone that spam itself would be a ToS breach.
Additionally, know that banning you and clearing your messages takes way less time than for you to create an account and post a new issue.

I am trying to make missions involving water. Eg: simulating flooding by destroying a dam, flooding of a ship, diving operations.
Previously I did this by accounting for tides, and controlling the time via setTimeMultiplier. But now I see in the config files of Altis and Stratis that " class Sea > maxTide " has been set to 0 on the default maps. I'm told that it's been disabled on others.
I should add that a friend also confirmed with a 7800x3d on 23h2 that he has no problems. It is clearly not a mod issue if friends are on the same server as me playing with the same mods that it is not a mod issue and a windows build issue. If it is the case, seeing as it is the next major build of windows releasing in the next few weeks, it should probably get addressed.
How should BIS knows where this comes from, if you use a ton of MODs? Do you have the same issue on an regular Server without mods? If not, the problem comes from one of the mods.

Start the Server without mods. If its starts, try to add one mod by another to check which one crashes.
That icon means the server is stressed and running poorly, so your connection has nothing to do with it. All you can do is switch to a server that's performing better.

I'm having the same issue. I've donated at least 350 food in the last hour and the quest has increased from 5 to 8 in that time.
Been a problem for me for at least a month now. I have 647 compositions subscribed from the Steam Workshop at the time of writing this, so I'm not sure of there's like some maximum threshold that the game can load.

Update: There was a server restart, this seemed to remove the issue for a couple hours, 1-2 then it came back.
Hello again, I will just add that today on 16:26 CET, the server 13245690 (Game Master Arland EU Official with 30 players then) froze at 2 server fps.
I've also seen repeated freezes on the previously mentioned servers, sometimes on 6 server fps too.
I have confirmed with other players that the server freezes for them too, so it is not a client-side issue.
