Lovely. I believe this is a known glitch with the video settings, that do not hold the configuration after being changed. If all is resolved, can you please close the ticket if you can :)
Did you move away from the Medic when he was administering at all?
Was the issue resolved after re-logging?
If the issue is not resolved, please change a few settings within video options, this is know to fix blurriness for some players.
This sounds like typical Client end lag. What kind of internet connection do you have at the moment? What ping do you have to the server that you are playing on?

The games food and drink is fine at the moment. You were looting towns that had probably been looted dry.
I agree with there being low tire weapons in towns, but adding more weapons and balancing them is probably not high on the list of priority's at the moment.
Yes you are correct. Im just going off what I think, but I believe that it used to be that there were only 4 kinds of loot spawns. I cant remember them all but its something like: Industrial, Residential, Military and then one other. Now obviously they are going to make more loot spawns, as they already have, in cars, ships deer stands etc. But think of it as a delicate balance between what is realistic and what is technically possible. I believe that having loot spawn nearly randomly across the map would be extremely hard to implement, as there would have to be collusion rules set for everything at every angle. It would also make finding loot much more difficult if there are not standardised spawning limitations. Military areas are not OP at all, as it makes sense to be able to loot military gear there, and you don't have to run straight there to get gear. You can currently find revolvers and ammo in Residential Areas.
So yes, you already can find weapons in Cars, Homes, (not sure about supermarkets) but to make hidden caches around the world randomly would be extremely hard to implement at this stage of the game.
EDIT: Mind you, you will not find an M4 or Military gear in residential (or extremely low chance) This is to spread players around the map+ more realistic+ stop the game from becoming a M4 Deathmatch Arena.
The game is based on realism. You wouldnt find a ACOG scope at a petrol station, or an M4 at a school.
Also check your game version, issues like this arise sometimes if you are running a different version of the game to the server you are joining.
Attempt to reboot the computer. Also after installing can you Validate your Steam files? (https://support.steampowered.com/maintenance.html?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)
Have you got issues with any other games that have been purchased on Steam?

Maybe not making the walls thicker, but by tweaking the collusion between the viewpoint and the wall?
@dsmokey I doubt there is a way to implement that dropped items will be retained over server restart. I assume that this is one of the reasons that servers are restarted in the first place: to clear up all loose items that are building up on the server, as well as corpses ect.
I think the issue with the items is something like this. When you you drop something out of your backpack, the spawn location is too low, so that it spawns underneath the collision point on the ground. So if in a building(calm down spunkballa, im getting there) it will spawn underneath the floor, fall down to the next collision point, and that happens to be the floor below.
If you are outside in the field and this happens, there is no collision point below for it to fall to. Hence why it is "Disappearing".
This is just a thought, but it would explain alot.
Also this coupled with severe desync when dropping items, when players are forced to wait over 3 mins sometimes to get items that are dropped, have caused some bug tracking confusion.
Yes it does. This is intended. You are not able to switch weapons while having them in the "Ready" stance.
This is NOT fixed on current build. Confirmed with MedPack
CLOSE IT. 3PP:OFF Server exist now...
This is a client side issue for sure, either drivers GPU or MOBO.
Could be the Clients sides Internet connection/PING.
In our group we have a member who works off a high ping ADSL1 connection and frequently reports these kinds of issues.
Confirmed for me and 2 others.
