Picking up a First-aid that has spawned appears to have no items in it, however after dropping it on the ground the items appear

Need better repro steps, with server version and which server this happened on ping to server.

I'd assume this is similar to other containers. Have noticed that backpacks dropped on the ground in a location some times take a while to be populated with items when you return from a loot run. Delay in response from dbase/server/hive?

Could be the Clients sides Internet connection/PING.
In our group we have a member who works off a high ping ADSL1 connection and frequently reports these kinds of issues.
