Hello again.
Got a further clarification from the dev team. This item is not supposed to spawn normally in the game and is unfinished unused item. This is why the name is as such and we suggest to not spawn such items as it could cause issues on the server.

@Geez So this happened to another use today and it appears to desync only when you are near players, any word if someone will look at this issue instead of brushing it off?

Conner I play on an Xbox Series X with a controller and have no problem setting my sensitivity to low. I have an injury to my right hand that makes it where I prefer a lower sensitivity. Also in the 1.26 experimental they just added settings for dead zones for controller sticks. I haven't used it so I can't comment on it.
Another issue with this is that when you're crafting you can't even look down at the item you're crafting, because they restricted the y axis too much

Hoping this doesn't get overlooked. This is a serious issue that affects both the gameplay experience and overall immersion.
So it’s intentional that you can’t wear both. Does the helmet provide the same protection as a helmet then? And yeah inknownincan swap between the two but having the ability to wear other headwear would still be beneficial such as a ghillie hood.

They could easily fix this by disabling collision on things that are floating, if there is auto bans made by the community that check for these then I don't see why there cannot be an official fix for this.

The system is designed with the limits enabled exactly to prevent unwanted behaviour just as it is on official servers. There is still an axial deadzone even when setting the new deadzone sliders to the minimum. I am using gamesir kalied controller with hall effect thumbsticks and can still feel the lack of finite diagonal aiming.
