Usually I can reconnect to a server after I get the code

I usually join the server I was recently playing on and moving around but I cannot do that now since the server I was playing I have been banned for accidentally pvping ( it’s a no pvp community server) I reached out to the server on discord but have not resolved the issue. I have tried a multitude of workarounds but nothing is helping
