Steps To Reproduce
Aggro an infected.
Walk through and close door to keep infected out.
Observe zombie quantum tunneling through solid matter in order to give you a bleed.

P.S. The infected shouldn't know that the back door is open, just because they watched you go into the building and close the front door.
