I've also come to the same conclusion that this is isolated to PlayStation. I'm on Xbox and it's not happening to me.
Reading additional comments other player feedback this does look to be a PS issue. Not seen any Xbox or PC players complain of the problem.
This is totally correct. The Dispersion update does not match actual gameplay. I will be opening a ticket for this one too

Test clip on official trying to snipe a zombie/zed in the head with a CR from 300m. Crouched, not leaning. Impact to the left again.
Adding this last test clip. (Actual range was a little under 800, so the round landed a little high.) I aimed at the right edge of the ATC window frame, but the round impacted to the left side of the window opening near the top left corner, several feet off. Zoomed in for your convenience. Thank you. (I’ve landed body shots and headshots from here several times before, but not possible now.)
Adding this test clip as well. Aiming at a dot in the center of the panel next to a doorway. Every round impacts the left side of it, and some even hit the red brick outside of the target area. To snipe a player in a doorway, you’d have to aim at the right edge of the doorway or outside of it.
Adding this test clip. Aiming at fence post each shot. Less emphasis on the range. Sending to show rounds landing to the left each time.

We’re following up on our original feature request submitted a few weeks ago under ticket T192119, regarding an optional server setting that would restrict access to accounts with an active PlayStation Plus subscription, with a whitelist for exceptions.
It could be location specific, do you have the specific location of this one?

@cflynn93 I can’t comment on Xbox or PC as I’m on PlayStation when it happens. Had it happen again just now with a longhorn. Bullet landed to the left. Done with sniping until it’s fixed.

I play on Xbox and to be honest, I can't say I've encountered this issue personally, but maybe I've not noticed yet. I've played on several deathmatch servers and not noticed any wild discrepancy in bullet placement.
@Dadtylikez @cflynn93 Agreed. Couldn’t have said it better. Hoping they can correct it soon. I personally prefer to snipe, but I feel forced to just stash away my long range weapons for now and only do CQB until this is fixed, which sucks. But I don’t want to risk giving away my position and possibly losing a ~4 week character as a result of a missed snipe that’s out of my control.

For plastic bottles it is intended that you cannot boil cholera out of it. For the other three (pot, canteen and glass bottle) we have confirmed it is possible to remove cholera once they hit appropriate heat level.

According to the devs it should be:
0 = Never obstruct (Always lift)
1 = Obstruct + Lift
2 = Always obstruct (Never lift)
Update:
The issue with camera being zoomed in when looking around the weapon while looking through the scope is by design.
It won't be changed in Reforger, therefore I am closing the ticket.

We have checked with the team and there is no issue with this. It works as designed. You need to select the navmesh for the file when placing new SCR_AIWorld_Arland.et.
