Update on this. The distance light type (light when viewed from afar) does not delete itself when the source is deleted. It must first turn the PilotLight off then delete itself in next tick/frame.

I think this actually occurs when stepping over bodies of animals (and/or players?). I killed a chicken and cut it up and noticed if you stand on where it's body was this bug occurs. Not the items.

The misalignment of your crosshair to your weapon is actually just due to freelook + firing. It's a known bug and the fix is to raise your weapon and look all the way up or down.

GrumpyBandit found a fix for when you get your hands stuck. You split an item in your inventory making sure you have no more space other than your hands. The item will split into your hand and you'll be able to interact with the hand slot again.

And do you not think that countless others would be sending emails to BE stating they've been banned for no reason only to be told that they were caught hacking and that they lied?

I'm not accusing you of being a hacker, but posting here won't do much good as you've already been banned and the only people that can help you are BE.

Best bet is to wait longer for that reply or get the lawyer... XD

Does what right?
There is no proper night time.
It's either extremely dark or moon bright.
The only reason night is unplayable is because of the lack of light sources that players have access to. (Only gas lamps and cone torches)
Once they have get emissive textures going hopefully we'll be able to see more hand held light sources. Like in the picture you linked. (Burning Torch)

Then it seems it's a bug cause street lamps have a very dim shine to them and slightly light up its model.

I couldn't agree more with EndEffeKt.
It's very hard to loot buildings as there is no indirect illumination to help light up the area when shining torches on walls.
Also perhaps increase the light of the street lamps as they hardly light up anything when they are on.
