I'm also experiencing the exact same issue, also happens just a few times a week across each of my 3 servers since updating to 1.25. It seems to happen consistently after the first 5 players rejoin the server after a restart.

I can confirm I have done the following:
- Full wipe of the game and install
- Reinstall battleye
- Run everything as administrator
- Upgrade NVidia drivers to latest
- Turned off my firewall and opened my router
- Tried another Internet connection in 3 locations.
Hours of trying to find the issue. all the log says is [ErrorModuleHandler] :: Error thrown: 0x000400F0 (Query Timeout)
One thing that stands out for me is a lot of players are not effected and a lot of players who are, I would assume something is common with the ones who are having issues, all running discord, game, AVG firewall, NVidia cards etc?

Dayz is the only game I play, me and many users are starting to lose interest in the game.
When I looked up the error it turned out that some ppl have been getting this message years ago? How is this not enough time to work something out? Whatever happened on the 1.25 update made more users experience this issue

I have been understanding that things can take time to get fixed and so I have been waiting. However in light of what was said in the last few comments I have a couple of things to say:

I don't understand why this is happening. The developers know how to fix this error - they launched the fix 2 weeks ago. But as a result, we, the players, have been waiting for something incomprehensible for a week now, because they needed to run an untested update that triggers this error.

Looking at Event Viewer it appears to be both Deer Isle, and PNW that are affected by the update.

Hey Geez, from tech POV i understand 'not an issue with the launcher', but we talk about player affecting bugs here. The case is clear - the ping is estimated incorrectly. Are you saying cause it 'is how Steam estimates ping' Bohemia's awesome engineers can't figure out how to circumvent that?
For example a) you could escalate to Steam tech support and at the least notice the issue for them (which I assume done/tracked somewhere), b) see if the client could bypass steam's ping/latency approach with custom etc.

I have to add: The server just restarted, I had a truck in my base, full of gear, when I logged back in, it was completely gone, and my other car sitting on its side?
sorry, retract my last statement. I found the last backpack without guns in it..
I was not walking to my knowledge. I am pretty sure that I was just standing still every time I tried this. I tried to look on the ground for the bullets, but they were no where to be found.
Were you walking during that? Likely that bullets were dropping on the ground.
I'm not 100% certain, but I found this error within my DeerIsle server crash logs

I just reproduced it again, had a pristine backpack in my hands, not 100% full, no guns in it this time. Dropped to fight off a horde of zombies (I believe this is another bug - they all alert if one zombie in the area alerts, and then you have 10 zombies attacking you at once), backpack disappeared. It was a tactical backpack (63 slot) so can see it pretty easy when it is on the ground.
