Server crash after restart

Description

4 times a week I have to manually turn off and turn on the server, because similar errors appear:

Rcon commands do not arrive to the server and it cannot turn off automatically.
How it manifests itself: the server has been running for 3 hours, a restart occurs, the server has turned off, the server has turned on, players are trying to log into the server, and at this moment the error is displayed: seh and in the rpt file ENGINE (F): Crashed.
This happens after your last patch. I haven't done any mod updates. I use mine exclusively, there are no crash logs other than this error.
the FROZEN file also appears in addition to other crash logs

I'm also experiencing the exact same issue, also happens just a few times a week across each of my 3 servers since updating to 1.25. It seems to happen consistently after the first 5 players rejoin the server after a restart.

Unfortunately I don't know where to find the .mdmp files
The behavior is the same as in the other reported cases

Dumps with FROZEN_ prefix are purely for diagnostic purposes when the server main thread is frozen for longer than 10 seconds.
The server has not crashed when a dump of this kind has been created.
This is to improve traceability of server micro freezes and identify the causes for it to further improve server performance in the future.

other mdmp files are not created with a similar problem. what should we do now? my servers also experience the problem sometimes. I have to wake up at night and manually restart the server so the players can connect!

The frozen dumps are just the very first character loading in and preloading all the item animations, it's not a crash.
This is as much as we can tell.

Different issue, very likely generated on sever shutdown according to the .mdmp files.

This is still happening for me occasionally.

During scheduled shutdown, I see in logs:

Reason: SEH exception thrown. Exception code: 0xc0000374 at 0x7ffc6e30b209

And it produces 2 FROZEN mdmp files.

The server gets hung in this state and is never able to come back up on it's own. I have to manually restart.

@Geez Can we get an answer as to whether the problem will be addressed?

I noticed that that there are actually 2 crashes. The first, during a scheduled shutdown, as it is kicking players. It generated this crash and minidump.

Then afterwards, the server becomes hung when players begin loading in, generating the FROZEN minidump files. It always hangs after 5 players are loaded. They eventually disconnect and noone else is able to connect until the server is restarted manually.

Currently this is awaiting further check from the dev team. However, currently the dev team focuses at priority issues at hand and therefore it might take some time before they are able to investigate this further.

This is constantly happening on the client too, after 1.25. Every singe time I close the game it crashes and the crash reporter starts. I think I have sent over 50 reports. This has never happened to me before, something clearly changed and went wrong during the last update.

Started to happen more often for my server as well. Is there a fix for this?

Today at 21:00 the server after restart started and did not let players in, the file mdmp FROZEN appeared
And this has been happening for 2+ months, after update 1.25!!

Hello @DrZiLLo The devs have checked the crash dumps but unfortunately there is not much information that would lead us towards what is causing this. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do at this moment.
