I attempted to climb a ladder in a military style small base, inside a forest that had a very large needle as a landmark.
I had recently taken blood loss, gotten unlucky and received a sickness, as I went to climb, it kicked the character off the ladder, then it reset my position back onto the point of the ladder I had come from. I cannot open my inventory, hold anything, or try to kill myself, and I can't get free. I can't for the life of me remember where I was, as I was already sick with influenza and it was deep in a forest off a town I was in for a good 10 minutes.
