Players cannot log in to the server after the restart

Description

After the restart, players try to log on to the server, But they can't come in. Only manually restarting the server helps. After restarting, a crash log is created, as well as MDMP files.

Has several issue on friends server
Can find how it happends and any solution for it.
Please fix it
Idk, ask for host specs, ask for extended logging, but fix it please
