But I haven't experienced it in the Experimental update, maybe it was fixed. (I also disabled Nvidia GeForce Instant Replay Recording until they update the driver, in case it is the cause)

Are you sure you are not trying to connect to a stable server using an experimental version or vice versa? As currently the versions differ and therefore will not allow you to connect.
