So this is a new one and I am really not sure how I did it and I have tried to do it again with no luck but just thought I would share. I got into a car and got no options to do anything once I shut the door. Could not change view or even go into my inventory then I looked and it showed a m4 mag in my hands and then it flashed to me under the map and then died.
