Hello,
whis should be fixed now, mass Battleye kicks should no longer be happening.
Could you please confirm that it is not happening anymore?
BEclient.dll crash is back :(
04/09/2014 19:47-19:51
We started experiencing Client CTD's again. ON 3 Servers a combined total of 83 people got kicked.
Server Version is latest SteamCMD (1.28.0.127008)
Client Version was latest Steamupdate (1.28.0.127008)
There were at least 4 more admins experiencing the same issue, at the same time, on the skype admin channel group.
Okay added new crash dump with new memory allocator on server
That is true, could you please try it and let me know? Thank you very much!
Yes but I've just copy pasted the .exe file to the server, just noticed the memory allocator file has been changed within the RC so probably need that server side too.
Alright updated tbb4malloc_bi.dll & tbb3malloc_bi.dll on my server, any other files that has been updated?
@Skaronator,
thank you for the files. Are you sure that the server you played on was running the newest RC version and not current Stable one?
EDIT: Thank you for filling another info, disregard my question please.
Yes they have and yes i still have crashes with the hotfix
Hello,
we published a release candidate for this problem.
http://steamcommunity.com/games/arma3/announcements/detail/146686309998241261
However, this candidate is multiplayer compatible with current Stable version. Client crashes might be caused by server still running the Stable version. We will be grateful for any feedback as there are currently no reports of crashes when both server and clients run the Hotfix128Arma3 version.
Thank you.
I have still crashed with the release candidate due to BattlEye, I attach the crash dump already yesterday. (SkaronatorAT128Hotfix.rar)
Serverversion: 1.28.127008
Clientversion: 1.28.127008
Arma crash for 9/10 clients of my server, all on the Hotfix version.
It would appear they have put up a release candidate patch for the problem, heres the link:
http://steamcommunity.com/games/arma3/announcements/detail/146686309998241261
Still crashing with 128 hotfix
Pls resolve this fast, we are loosing player ...
get out a fast hot fix for this, now are 4 day that we are up with this problem ..
Guys : I want to play as much a anybody : but don't rush them like this.
Those Guys are probably working 10 hours + a day to solve this.
it's not just some bad command line to remove and "save as", otherwise it would be sorted out by now.
Let them make this right. Otherwise the "fix" will break something else and we will end up having other issues.
Thanks for your fast reply :)
Have a nice day!
Hey,
we know the cause of the problem (some collision with Battleye). We are currently working hard on solving it. It is safe to say now that once we do, there will be a hotfix published.
Same Issue here, game constantly crashes with various time of gameplay on KOTH servers.
Fault address: 2FC0226B 01:0000126B C:\Users\#####\AppData\Local\Arma 3\BattlEye\BEClient.dll
Iceman, is here something new to say?
Regards
@Iceman...is there anything new?
Same client's game freeze then crash Arma 3 on Altis private mission that is running for on mounth without a crash. Note that the server was still running.
Confirmed for same problem on Altis Life servers. 30-40 people dropping out at a time. Also happens with other mission files (for example VTS), 20-25 clients game freezing one after another over a 10 second period. All freeze and then have to kill process.
Same problems on Altis Life Servers. Once somebody's game crash by this error, almost the entire server population gets the same crash within the next few seconds.
-----
Edit: 30. August 2014 8:56p.m.
I've just experienced the situation where not everyone crashed within a few seconds but rather several minutes until pretty much everyone crashed to desktop.
Error report still names BEClient.dll as faulting module.
Same problems on tacbf server. Usually about 60%-80% crashes and it comes in waves. Shows beclient.dll
This error is really annoying because it occurs randomly and very often.
EDIT 8/30/2014:
We noticed that these problems occur at the same time on different servers.
We just lost concurrently 85 players on 2 seperate Arma3 servers on 2 seperate dedicated boxes. RPT's all show the beclient.dll as source
Added new crashdumps.
This occurred on the latest Stable client binary, For me. Server is restricted to clients >= RC3 (Buildnumber 128958)
I was on of these players. Just attached my Dumps for analysis. Have fun ;P
BTW: I have the "Hotfix126Arma3" via steam beta installed.
Same servers as E.C.I.D. Multiple crash. Files attached herewith.
Let me reitterate, the 5-10% CTD rate was a false positive.
In the end, it affected 17 out of 21 people.
It emerged avalanche style.
Thank you for the files, I have analyzed them and assigned internally.
Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder for solve your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package please?
When package will be smaller than 5000k, you can attach it here. When package is bigger, please use some free sharing service and post link here.
How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.
Thank you.
Files have been uploaded, looks like something is crashing or not loading correctly. Hopefully you can help me.

Hello,
thank you for your report and files. It seems that your problem is that DirectX crashes. This may be from various reasons, such as outdated DirectX, outdated drivers, overclocked CPU or GPU [by manufacturer or user] and many more.
Sadly, there is nothing that can be done from our site. I linked this problem to bug number #0000579, where you can read useful tips in comments. Also, please check out the forums page for another useful tips:

This is resolved with the 1.32 update and can be closed.
issue is still present in 1.28.127008
duplicate of http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20469
Well, I 1.28 wasn't a big update really, I think it only included the hotfix, not anything from the dev branch that was done after the release of 1.26.
Marking as resolved. Thank you for the feedback!
Ok great! Sorry, I thought I was on Dev branch - I wasn't! I'm sure it's sorted.
They said they fixed it in the latest update, doesn't happen to me anymore.
This issue is still happening randomly on 1.32
Does this also prevent people from entering the vehicle, so it is an actual copy and not just a visual bug? Because I encountered a bug where I (and other people) would be locked inside a vehicle after using a UAV.
Either way, I'm gonna test this with friends.

cool
good news thanks iceman
Will be fixed for 1.32 Stable update.
Hello,
we are working on a fix, thank you for the report.
Today or tomorrow, we also merged it to Stable release candidate.
nice will it be in dev in todays update?
I can confirm, we run A3Wasteland on 7 servers and we are seeing issues with using an UAV Terminal inside of a vehicle. Users are unable to get out of the vehicle.
really nasty bug for multiplayer servers. hope it is fixed soon. players can't distinguish in multiplayer if they where shot by a cheater or someone with this bug.
its not down to mods at all as i also tested this on a bare bones server also with the same results i'm uploading both perspectives now
yes this only happens in MP on a dedicated
It looks like there's quite a lot of mods there. Are you sure they aren't responsible for this?
I can't reproduce it in the editor. Did you play it on multiplayer?
Who down voted this? This is still a relevant and rather important issue. The name of the weapon is extremely misleading and does not accurately describe its intended use.
no idea ???
o man i just wrote it and now what happend again ? same as before freeze i will atteched the new rpt
So i am done today i played round about 2 or 3 hours without any problem i think it is solved hopefully. If i have still the same problem i will inform you.
I have to say thank´s for your fast support
I found only that one from last night thats ok ?
bidmp mdmp i cant found
Could you please verify your game files via Steam?

After then, please try to run your Arma as an admin.
Thank you.
