Also there is a known bug with dirt stashes appearing on top of structures if buried inside. Could that possibly be the case? Can you check the barn roof?

Can you please send us exact location of where you tried to bury the stash so we can try it there?

Is it possible one of your RAM sticks could be faulty and causing the issue? We believe this could be caused by hardware problem on your end.

Hello, if the crash was caused by spawning a modded vehicle, then the issue has to be resolved by the mod creator.

The box disappeared immediately after I buried it, and that’s clearly a bug. I chose the option to bury it, and afterwards there was no way to dig it up — it simply vanished.

We will ofcourse investigate the issue. As detailed information as possible what led to these items disappearing would help us tremendously in reproducing the issue and possibly fixing it. Right now we do not have much go to on unfortunately.
As far as we know simply logging out does not produce this issue. We are also currently not aware of burried crates despawning prematurely. (Please keep in mind that the box could also have been found by someone using malicious third party software - which is something that BattlEye anticheat deals with).

It's not that the item is lost — I had the weapon on me when I logged out, and now when I open the game, it's simply gone. And the buried box disappeared because the game has bugs.

Can this please be fixed? It just causes unnecessary confusion for people, who check their scriptlog and see: "Oh there is a warning or an error, this needs to be fixed". Idk how many people asked me to fix this problem already, but there is nothing I can fix...

We have also seen a major performance drop since 1.28. No mod changes either. We are also seeing a ton of stutters and I cannot figure out what the cause is.

it's a pity. picking a vegetable shouldn't take as long as mending a shirt or fixing something. you just picked a zucchini and that's it. it's a pity to see such decisions.

The crash dump points towards nvppex.dll file, indicating a problem with your GPU drivers. Please do a clean installation and check your OS for any corrupted installations/files. Also make sure your system is up to date.
Disabling HWAA in the game might resolve the issue but the root cause is somewhere on your system.
There is also a chance that if you are running Nvidia app instead of Ge-force experience that that is the cause of the problem.

That was the full log, there wasnt much in the file, I can upload the actual file if you want.
As far as OneDrive, I did disable one drive sync throughout all my folders.

Sorry for the generated frustration, I was also surprised to deliver with this being broken. You did all the good steps and are not to blame, we were slower in updating Known Issues - that line WILL disappear soon™ from the page though!

Unfortunately the .mdmp file is corrupted so we are unable to analyze the crash dumps.
Does the game work on experimental? If so, we suggest deleting contents of your DayZ documents folder, disabling Steam cloud sync and then copying contents of your DayZ Exp documents folder into the DayZ documents folder.
