@kawalec I did not create that part of the guide, it was KABAN - the creator of the guide. It was worse before, I came after and added in that extra part.
I could talk to him to remove it. I also believe that the more people know about it the more of an issue it becomes, more people get reported and banned and therefore the faster it gets fixed.
And more filters for ping.

Appartlently my opinon dose not matter because i am just a player. this game is 5 years or older and this problem not fixed? What are yall doing? I dont guess Your Team cares enough about the life of the game? I have waisted an hour of my life playing tic tack to with computer and never could get in a shoot out game after playing 4 games in a roll, switched to elemination and waisted 30 min. This is your biggest issue among many others. This particular issue is the main one that you loose player base on. Not one player wants to wait over 2 min to get in game. for the ones that really love the game they will hang in there for 5 to 10 min but not to many times then leave. THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE WOULD BE NUMBER 1 Fix over any. most that like the game already deal with the known issues and look past it. This one causes players to leave and not come back

Also, somewhat related. It seems the rig updater resets the inverse (offset) of every bone constraint.
I tought it might be a hacker duplicating or something after i got strangely killed. He could have had a few drums or other big mags and the number of shots would have been normal, i think. I went to investigate because im just a silly human being after all :))

I found other regularity, on original maps like Chernarus, wolves decrease FPS not a lot, but on any custom map it decreases FPS much more.
May be there must be some special mission configuration or something with navmash?

I think the global faction AI limit should be divided between factions, with the relationship between US - Soviets being linear in relation to eachother, and dependent of the current amount of active FIA soldiers.
This would make it fair for both player factions.
Maybe a "Quick Play" function for Conflict gamemode could automatically put joining players in a server with low population for their selected team?
Yes, I have encountered an imbalance in multiple servers recently, usually in favor of US.
A strict limit would however make some players (like me on Soviet) at times not able to play the faction they really want to.
I think a good step to mitigate the issue could be to display the current number of players on US and Soviet team in the server selection list. This would hopefully make more people inclined to join servers with lower population for their favourite team, thus reducing imbalance.
